What does transportation include?
The rates shown on this page include, in addition to the transport and delivery of the products ordered, their packaging in boxes that have been specially designed for the transport of bottles, insurance against losses and breakages, and VAT in countries and territories Where this tax applies.
Do you offer free transportation for a certain number of bottles or fixed quantity?
We offer free delivery, if the destination is within the United Kingdom, or an equivalent discount for other destinations. To benefit from the promotion, the order must be made directly on our website (that is, by phone, by email).
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders may take 2-3 business days. Orders to other European countries may take 3 to 4 business days, while those from the Islands will be delivered within 8 to 12 business days after the order is placed. (with a possible shipping cost)
Time is counted from 9.00 a.m. The next business day following the date the order was placed (or from the moment Marnaula receives confirmation of your money transfer if you have chosen this payment method).
What happens if a bottle breaks on your way to my house?
If a bottle is broken during transport, Marnaula will make all necessary arrangements to retrieve all the items you have ordered and resubmit your entire order.
If you detect any sign of moisture in the packaging or suspect that any of the bottles may have broken, do not accept delivery and contact us so we can investigate the incident.
Can I ask you to come at a particular time or to notify me of your arrival time?
Not normally. The terms of our agreement are for a standard economic service (not urgent), with delivery during the day, Monday through Friday, and without prior notice.
Although most agencies can accommodate delivery only in the morning or only in the afternoon, this is not always possible and the agency is not required to handle this type of request. We recommend that you provide an address where someone will always be present during the day to receive delivery on the first attempt.
In any case, Marnaula will send you a message as soon as your order leaves our warehouse and, a few hours later, we will provide you with the necessary information to track the shipment on the carrier's website and to establish the expected delivery date.
What happens if I am not at home when the carrier arrives?
In this case, the carrier would leave a note with a phone number so that he can call to organize, if possible, another delivery attempt or organize the collection of his warehouse.
It is important to keep in mind that the number of delivery attempts depends on the agency hired in each country and may vary from one area to another; For some destinations, they can only try once. It is essential that there is always someone at the specified address during the day to ensure delivery on the first attempt.
Do I have to pay the carrier something?
Transportation is included in the total order amount. If you have chosen to pay on delivery, you will have to pay the total amount to the carrier. If you paid by credit card or bank transfer, you do not have to pay the carrier anything. Can I request an express delivery and pay the difference?

Can I request delivery to a hotel?
